Pre-Construction

In the pre-construction phase, we will meet with our customer and fill in as many details regarding the process and logistics so it's clear. We try to foresee and assess any potential project challenges.

We develop a plan to review with the customer, list and purchase all building materials, and keep a running track of what is purchased in order to keep within budget. We can also acquire any local building permits as required by your municipality to ensure that our work meets all construction guidelines. We are licensed and insured.
